We are traveling through this area and had a pumpkin muffin, an apple donut, a Bavarian donut and a custard and jelly filled donut that was THE best thing I've ever had ... and I've eaten tons of pastries in my lifetime . I'm also very impressed with the prices ... 4 pastries and 2 coffees under $14?! What?!

This is a wonderful bakery with a giant history. Everything is so good and magically delicious from the simplest of perfect donuts and flamboyant cupcakes to the breads brownies, eclairs, turnovers, and pies.

No fancy flavors because their doughnuts don't need them. Great, raised doughnuts, some glazed, some chocolate, some with sugar. And filled options too. If you want a great doughnut that's proud to be a doughnut this is your place.

Hands down best donuts I’ve had, even better than Krispy Kreme (they’ve fallen off). Longggg lines but they move pretty quickly. Only thing I wish is that they had a better variety throughout the day. I went around 10:30 am and the variety was already low. Also wish they had better signage, prices and menu posting in the store or online. I really love this place though. Love the Christian Bible verses in the place.

Absolutely love the breakfast sandwiches!! The lemon cheesecake was amazing, but the honey glazed donuts just melts in your mouth!! 10/10!!

Stopped by for an early breakfast and weren't disappointed. The smell of fresh baked donuts, pastries and bread definitely wet your appetite. Service was fast and friendly, and prices were reasonable. Very good experience.

Get there early or they run out of donuts you might want. Brooklyn Baking in Waterbury has great tasting donuts. Boston creme has tasty filling and just the right amount of donut around it. Glazed donuts are awesome. Jelly donut was great also. Definitely worth going here for donuts!
